Jingsen Koh (Jace)

As head researcher of the VocalPhenomena™ Method, Jingsen began his journey as a professional Wushu athlete and coach, where he honed his expertise in movement pedagogy.  Frustrated by the ambiguity of traditional singing instruction, he set out to create a more precise and effective system. 

 

Backed by research and collaborations with experts across disciplines, this system evolved into the VocalPhenomena™ Method, a swift, results-driven approach to voice training that integrates voice science and body mechanics.

Nicole Acacia Erh

Nicole is a vibrant vocal trainer and a key player in the development of the VocalPhenomena™ Method. Known for her warmth and natural ability to connect with people - especially children - she brings a fun, engaging energy to every class. 

 

Networking with international Broadway professionals - vocal coaches, voice researchers, and music directors - Nicole continues to research and improve, aiming to achieve a more efficient and effective singing experience for all!

Jasmine Christian

Jasmine specialises in the nuances of vocal styling in pop, pop/rock and contemporary musical theatre and develops the styling portion of the VocalPhenomena™ Method.

 

Jasmine believes that true artistic freedom comes from solid training - just like a dancer needs technique to move with ease.

Ariana Wang

Ariana is the business powerhouse behind Singing Phenomena, playing a crucial role in scaling its impact. She thrives on turning great ideas into thriving ventures, and when she first experienced the VocalPhenomena™ Method, she immediately saw its potential. 

 

Drawn to the team’s vision, she joined forces with the other like-minded individuals, each bringing their expertise to build something extraordinary.

Amelia

Amelia Yeo

Amelia is a seasoned performer and passionate vocal coach with over years of stage experience. She holds a degree in Musical Theatre under Goldsmiths; Specializing in Pop Oldies, Mandopop, Pop, and Musical Theatre.  Amelia brings a rich diversity to her performances.

 

As a valued member of the Singing Phenomena team, Amelia is committed to nurturing the next generation of performers. She believes in the transformative power of music and strives to create an inclusive environment where every student can find their unique voice.

Kelvin Cassidy

Zach is an experienced vocal coach who brings both skill and heart into every session. He loves helping singers understand why certain sounds feel out of reach - and guiding them toward the vocal breakthroughs they’ve been searching for. Known for his patience, humour, and warm presence, Zach creates a safe space where students feel comfortable trying, experimenting, and growing.

As part of the Singing Phenomena team and with his background in a cappella,  helps lead our One-Day ensemble workshops and especially enjoys anything that involves riffing. Zach is committed to supporting every student in discovering new possibilities in their voice.

Kelvin is a dedicated vocal trainer at Singing Phenomena, specialising in vocal technique, pop vocals, and stylistic exploration. With a calm, focused teaching style, he integrates the VocalPhenomena™ Method to help singers develop precise control, confident stage presence, and a strong personal sound.

Kelvin believes that great singing is not about talent alone, but about time, patience, and consistent practice. He is passionate about guiding students through a clear, structured learning journey - empowering them to grow steadily, trust their process, and express themselves with confidence and authenticity.
