As Head Researcher of the VocalPhenomena™ Method, Jingsen draws on his background as a professional Wushu athlete and coach to bring greater clarity and precision to vocal training.
By integrating voice science with body mechanics, he developed the VocalPhenomena™ Method to help singers better understand their voices and unlock their full potential.

As a key contributor to the development of the VocalPhenomena™ Method, Nicole combines her expertise as a vocal trainer with an ability to connect with singers of all ages.

Amelia Yeo
With years of stage experience and a degree in Musical Theatre from Goldsmiths, Amelia brings a wealth of performance expertise across Pop, Mandopop, Oldies, and Musical Theatre. As a vocal coach at Singing Phenomena, she is passionate about nurturing confident, expressive performers and helping every student discover their unique voice.

Kelvin Cassidy
Specialising in vocal technique, pop vocals, and stylistic exploration, Kelvin combines the VocalPhenomena™ Method with a calm and focused teaching approach to help singers develop technical control, confidence, and their own unique sound. He believes in clear, structured learning that empowers students to grow steadily and express themselves with authenticity.

Zach Teo
Drawing from his experience as a vocal coach and his background in a cappella, Zach brings both technical expertise and warmth to every session. Known for his patience, humour, and approachable teaching style, he enjoys helping singers overcome vocal challenges, discover new possibilities in their voices, and grow with confidence.

Lisa Poon
Lisa is passionate about building strong vocal foundations and believes that lasting progress begins with getting the basics right. Known for her patience and natural ability to connect with children, she creates a nurturing and encouraging environment where young singers can develop confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love for music.
