Student Policy
Late Arrival Policy
If a student arrives late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. If the teacher is delayed by more than 10 minutes, the session will be extended or rescheduled at no extra cost.
No-Show Policy
If a student does not attend the session without prior notice, the session is considered a no-show. No-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless supported by a documented emergency. Please contact us directly in such instances.
Illness & Emergency Exceptions
We understand that emergencies may arise. In such cases, please contact us directly as soon as possible so we can offer appropriate support and make necessary arrangements at hello@singingphenomena.com.
Parent/Guardian Attendance (for students under 18)
For students under 18, one parent or guardian may observe the class. Observers may not interrupt or interfere with the lesson while the lesson is in session. Should it be necessary, the teacher may ask the observer to wait outside the lesson room.
Media & Recording Policy
Audio and video recordings may be taken during sessions to support the student’s learning and development. These recordings may also be used in our social media and promotional materials. By booking a class, you consent to this use unless you inform us in writing (email) stating otherwise.
Harassment Policy
We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment. We ask all students and parents to treat our staff with mutual respect. If you experience or witness inappropriate behaviour, please contact us immediately at hello@singingphenomena.com.
