Singing Class Policy

1. Group Responsibility Disclaimer Please note that Singing Phenomena is not responsible for the coordination, payment arrangements, or internal scheduling within your group. All matters related to payment collection, rescheduling, cancellations, and attendance are the sole responsibility of the group. We do not mediate disputes between group members and are not liable for any conflicts or disagreements that may arise. By participating in a group class, each student agrees to this condition and understands that Singing Phenomena provides the service only at the time and date agreed upon with the group representative. 2. Group Class Size Each group class will consist of 3 to 4 participants. This ensures that every student has enough opportunity to engage in activities while benefiting from group-based vocal learning. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Cancellations and rescheduling must be arranged within the group and then communicated clearly to Singing Phenomena by the appointed group coordinator more than 24 hours in advance at no additional cost. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a penalty fee, up to the full cost of the session. 4. Illness & Emergency Exceptions We understand that emergencies may arise. In such cases, please contact us directly as soon as possible so we can offer appropriate support and make necessary arrangements at hello@singingphenomena.com. 5. Late Arrival Policy If a student arrives late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. If the teacher is delayed by more than 10 minutes, the session will be extended or rescheduled. 6. Liability Disclaimer By attending a Singing Phenomena class, participants acknowledge and accept that: Participation is voluntary and at their own risk. Singing Phenomena is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or incidents that occur during the course of the class. Participants are encouraged to be mindful of their own well-being and to inform the instructor of any limitations or concerns prior to the session. We are also not responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings. Please keep your items secure at all times 7. Media & Recording Policy Audio and video recordings may be taken during sessions to support the student’s learning and development. These recordings may also be used in our social media and promotional materials. By booking a class, you consent to this use unless you inform us in writing (email) stating otherwise
