Singing Class Policy

1. Group Responsibility Disclaimer Singing Phenomena is not responsible for coordination, payments, or internal scheduling within your group. All matters including payment collection, rescheduling, cancellations, and attendance are the responsibility of the group. We do not mediate disputes or conflicts. By participating, each student agrees to this condition and acknowledges that our service is provided only at the time and date arranged with the group representative. 2. Group Class Size Each group class consists of 3–4 participants to ensure every student has ample opportunity to engage and benefit from group-based vocal learning. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Cancellations or rescheduling must be coordinated within the group and communicated to Singing Phenomena by the appointed group coordinator more than 24 hours in advance at no extra cost. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a penalty of up to the full session cost. 4. Illness & Emergency Exceptions Emergencies are understood; contact us as soon as possible at hello@singingphenomena.com for support and necessary arrangements. 5. Late Arrival Policy Sessions end at the scheduled time. If the teacher is delayed more than 10 minutes, the session will be extended or rescheduled. 6. Liability Disclaimer Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Singing Phenomena is not liable for injuries, accidents, or incidents during class. Participants should be mindful of their well-being and inform the instructor of any limitations. We are not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings; please keep items secure. 7. Media & Recording Policy Audio and video recordings may be taken for learning purposes and may be used in social media or promotional materials. By booking, you consent to this unless you notify us in writing via email. 8. Booking Communications By providing your phone number and email, you consent to receive messages from Singing Phenomena via WhatsApp and email strictly regarding your class bookings, including confirmations, reminders, rescheduling, and important updates. Your number will not be used for marketing unless you separately consent. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by contacting hello@singingphenomena.com.
