Class Description
🎤 Voice Trial Class - Discover Your Voice with Clarity & Confidence Step into a welcoming, beginner-friendly session designed to help you finally understand how your voice works. In this trial class, you won’t be asked to magically “mimic” or “just feel it.” Instead, you’ll experience the VocalPhenomena™ Method - a clear, structured approach that treats your voice like a trainable part of your body. 🌟 What you can expect: 1. A friendly chat about your goals We start by understanding what you want - whether it’s singing your favourite songs, gaining confidence, or fixing habits that never seem to go away. 2. A simple voice assessment No pressure, no judgment. Just a few guided sounds so we can understand how your voice is behaving right now. 3. Clear, actionable exercises You’ll immediately try targeted drills customised to your voice. These exercises follow the same method we use to help complete beginners unlock new sounds quickly - with precise instructions, not guesswork. 4. A taste of real improvement Many students hear or feel a difference within the first session. You’ll learn why certain sounds are hard for you and what you can do to fix them safely and efficiently. 5. A roadmap for your vocal growth Before we wrap up, we’ll show you what your journey could look like if you continue - including the specific skills you can expect to build and how we’ll get you there.
Singing Class Policy
1. Scheduling & Booking All singing classes must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. Workshops, masterclasses, and events must be booked prior to their start. Bookings are confirmed only once full payment is received. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling We offer a flexible policy: - Cancellations must be made more than 24 hours before the scheduled class to avoid penalties. - Rescheduling is free if done more than 24 hours in advance. - Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a penalty of up to 100% of the session fee. Singing Class Packages Exceptions: - Package sessions must be completed within 1/2/3 months from purchase depending on the package bought. - Package classes are non-refundable and non-cancellable. - Rescheduling is allowed within the validity period, but unused sessions after expiry are forfeited. 3. Illness & Emergencies For emergencies, contact us at hello@singingphenomena.com as soon as possible for support and arrangements. 4. Payment Policy Full payment is required to secure your session. We accept bank transfer, Stripe, or PayPal. Classes are confirmed only after payment and a confirmation email is issued. 5. Late Arrival Policy Sessions end at the scheduled time. If the teacher is delayed by more than 10 minutes, the session will be extended or rescheduled at no extra cost. 6. No-Show Policy Missed sessions without prior notice are considered no-shows and are non-refundable/non-transferable, unless supported by documented emergencies. Contact us directly in such cases. 7. Parent/Guardian Attendance (Under 18) One parent or guardian may observe classes for students under 18. Observers must not interrupt the lesson. Teachers may request observers to wait outside if necessary. 8. Booking Communications By providing your phone number and email, you consent to receive messages from Singing Phenomena via WhatsApp and email strictly regarding your class bookings, including confirmations, reminders, rescheduling, and important updates. Your number will not be used for marketing unless you separately consent. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by contacting hello@singingphenomena.com. 9. Harassment Policy We are committed to a respectful and inclusive environment. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Report concerns to hello@singingphenomena.com.
